Ive never had a facial before and wondered if they can help clean /clear out trapped pores around the nose etc? If so is there a specific facial treatment to go for?

They can, but I would look to your skincare first. If you’re using good skincare, it can really help.
If you’re already using good skincare and still have the problem, you could look for a deep cleansing treatment, a peel or similar. Try and find a salon that specialises in skin and ask their advice.
