Fasthosts email problems?

Is anyone on here on a Fasthosts domain and having problems with email?

I've not been able to access emails for over 24 hours now and its driving me MENTAL!!!

Sorry if this is a real irrelevance to everyone- but I cant get a good answer out of tech-support and am now starting to mildly panic that it's just me.....
