My favourite Hitchcock movies include The 39 Steps, The Lady Vanishes, Rear Window, Vertigo, The Trouble with Harry, Psycho, The Birds - I've enjoyed many repeat viewings. Perhaps this is a bit sad, but I always like to watch Psycho on the 11th December which is when the story starts, in Phoenix, Arizona... That music is going around in my head now
