Me again!

A client has chipped her shellac after 6 days. She fully admits it was her fault as she doesn't look after them (in terms of oiling, wearing gloves etc) and was picking off a plastic lid when it chipped.

I feel bad though, especially because last time she got 3 weeks out of them.

Does anyone else feel terrible when this happens even though you know it wasn't your fault?

Just think about it by what you would think. If you chipped your nails because you were prying a lid off a jar or pulling staples out of a letter or using them as mini scrapers, would you go "oh I'm so annoyed, I must have applied them really rubbish this time because last time they lasted a lot longer"

Unfortunately it happens and I think everyone's guilty at some point or other of being a bit too heavy handed with their nails, if she wants them repairing she will ask you and it'll save her getting a full set done in a few days if the chips cause them to come off xx

Don't let it get to you, there's nothing you've done wrong xx
