Hi Everyone

Just a quick one, i have just bought some uncut Fimo canes for nail art and wondered if any body has got any tips on how to slice them thinly and evenly. I have tried with a razor but this didn't work and i tried a knife but they seem to be thicker at one end than the other.

have you tried warming them a little in between your hands, i personally use a scalple, and i did take a white to get the hang of it but persist you will get it and they are worth it adell

use a one sided razor blade (the type that fits in a paint scraper) available from any harware store I prefer to slice them cool, as if you slice them when they are warmed , they tend to squish.

There is a new kid on the block doing canes over our way, the canes are brilliant, check out her site.
