This would need a lot of layering. I'd suggest trying one of the sheer nudes over an opaque mid pink or even something like tinted love depending on the depth you want followed by a coat of iced vapour or two and some loose glitter hex and a little fine gold glitter.

Thinking about it, rosebud would give a similar look without the excess layering, not exact but close enough

I would do satin pajamas over rosebud. Then I would apply some glitter, brush off the excess and apply top coat.

Nsi do some great glitter that is like this to overlay to get the effect.
