Hey,
I need help finding a salon which can actually do balayage hair, I understand it's quite a tricky technique. My hair has been growing out for a while now and is looking rather dull and in need of a refresh but I've been let down by so many hair dressers not listening to what I ask for and just doing their own thing, it's hard to trust and find one which can actually do what I want and listen. I want a really well blended balayage in the Manchester/Liverpool area, does anyone have any ideas please help a girl out!?
