first spray tan on a man, eek!

hi all,

ive been spray tanning 4 over 9 months but have my first tan on a man this weekend and iam worried about the extra hair? iam worried the solution will sit on the hair and not reach the skin, should i worry? do i jus spray as if iam spraying a lady? thanks everyone

Hi ive done a few men and they were fine, my gun blows out air which drys any solution on hairs, and then it just washes off, also the air on the gun 'parts' the hairs so the solution goes onto the skin fine, you shouldnt have any problems, not done a bald head yet tho lol

I wouldnt worry theres no difference really just abit more body to spray may take longer.

If you use your gun in an upwards motion instead of the downwards motion over the hairy areas (legs etc) you will find that it will part the hairs for you and the solution will go onto the skin without any gathering on the hairs so you wont need to blow dry him lol, hth

No problemo what soever and good business to be had...guy's are great to spray tan...much less complicated :hug:
If he is a hairy geezer just tilt your gun slightly upwards so you spray up the hairs....if you do get any beading on hairs simply blow these onto the skin with the air from your gun.

If you do it right no need for any patting or pampering.
Once you've done your first male things become a breeze

Oh and just an additional tip..if your spray tanning him naked just get him to throw his todger over his shoulder out of the way...that's what I do when I get a spray tan ...unless its a cold room of course :lol::hug:

thanks for all the advice, is a great help! think iam going to have a pratice on the boyfriend use using water coz he doesnt want a tan, boring!

OMG am I the only bloke that can do this then or what??...or am I just a dreamer :lol:

Any-how's...just practice on your partner..it does take a bit of getting used to when spray tanning someone for the first time from the opposite sex...but hey...were all professionals and believe me once you start you will forget he is a male as you will simply be focusing on the job you are doing

Just a tip from me, I dont spray guys in the nude so when they book I say that we only have ladies size disposable underwear so underpants or bathers that you dont mind getting tan on are fine. I figure that means I wont have to walk into any suprises because they dont know to keep their pants on.

And yes, I know there is nothing wrong with spraying guys with thier bits out but I just choose not to do it.
