foam files

just started using the foam files got a few free samples from Nailite, just wondering which ones you guys use and do you like me prefer the foam files.
Any suggestions of suppliers would be good and a rough idea of prices, Thanks x x x

I can't get on with them, I find I press to hard and end up overfiling the natural nail rather than the product I'm aiming for.
