Formulation swatch card

Hi lovelies
Does anyone know where I can purchase a formulation swatch card from ?ive attached a picture of one but it’s from America . Do we have these in the uk ? X

I had something similar years ago free with some tubes of colour. I think it was Matrix but can’t be certain as they’re in the garage somewhere.

I’ll pop back to this thread if I find out anything useful.
