From one problem to another!!!

Hi all,

I have finally mastered the problem I had been having with lifting by applying 2 beads, first one to zone 2 and second one to cuticle area.

I have now had a problem with my clients snapping nails off, I know this can happen, as I done it many times myself by catching them etc.. but all my clients by infill time have lost at least one.

I did 6 full sets 2 weeks ago n have had to do repairs on all of them. My first question is, would you charge for repairs? and secondly, is this normal?

Are you making sure you put plenty of product at the stress line, Are the nails you are doing too long ?? If your doing everything right and they still come for repairs then charge them.
