i have a client who has asked for frosted sorry not fosted whoops lol nail i am not sure if she mean ombre or suger nails could anyone please help and tell me what fosted nails are. Thanks in advance.

Matte glitter? Am literally just taking a guess.

Encapsulate glitter. Use matte top coat or buff a normal one.
