Hello
I recently got some of the fruit canes which I love, they look so real!! However I find that as they're not flexible, and 'stick out' when they're on the nail (rather than flexing and curving to the shape of the nail), I have to put my gel on incredibly thick just to cover them. How does everyone else get round this? Also someone asked me if I could put them on their toes. I agree it would look really nice but when I do gel on toes, I only put a bonder layer of gel on and then a gel top coat - I don't make them really thick. So if I put the fruit things on, they'd stick out too much on the toenail and I wouldn't get a smooth surface, then they'd probably ping off.
I also saw another thread on here about clay canes from somewhere called Beauty tech or something? Are these the same sort of thing? Ie, are they are also solid sticks or are they a bit more flexible?
Thanks peeps x
