I was just wondering if any geeks are doing anything to raise money for Children in Need tomorrow? Or if you have any good stories of daft fundraising ideas in general.
For some reason I can't quite fathom, the lads at work are dressing up as women and going round site with collection buckets. I can only assume the thinking behind this is that people will give them money to go away:lol: This smacks to me of demanding money with menaces.
We have a panel of girls who will vote on which of the boys are worthy of the title Diva of the Year 2008. I'm getting slightly concerned because several of them have asked me to do their nails, preferably with glitter. Others are demanding false eyelashes.
So come on, share the daftest charity events you've been involved in.:hug:
