Gel II shake or roll

How long should I shake to mix and do I shake or roll the bottle? X

I don't know if this is recommended by Creative, but when my client has chosen their colour, I tip the bottle upside down and tuck it into the handle of my shellac lamp and leave it there while I prep. I then take it out, give it a little shake and good to go. Having great coverage and virtually no shrinkage!

I stir it! I just use a metal spatula, or a cocktail stick will do and this works perfectly. You can thoroughly mix any pigment that has sunk to the bottom. Hth x
