Gel polish manicure routines please?

How do you guys do a luxury gel manicure polish? What would your routine be? I'm wondering if I do the polish then mask and massage or massage and mask and then polish? Xx

With Shellac they say to do the polish first, so polish, mask then massage - I think x

I have no words of wisdom, sorry but am commenting as I would like to know this too.

I have always "just done gelish" but now want to start pushing more of a pampering experience (esp for mothers day) and havent a clue where to start.

Cant recall last time I did a normal manicure lol having done gelish for the last two years
