Gel Polish Manicure

When performing a Two Week Polish useing Shellac/ Gelish do you do a full manicure, (soak, cuticle tratment, hand/arm massage) or just prep? If client wants full minicure would you charge extra?

I do a full manicure, but I dont soak. I do this AFTER application of Shellac rather than before.
