Hi there,

I was just wondering if anyone had used gel wax before? I saw it on the Sally's website but not sure if it's hot or warm wax and if you have to use it differently to usual types of hot or warm wax..? And anyone that has used it - is it any good?!

Any tips/advice welcome! Thanks xx

Do you mean a Gelee Wax?
I have used the Look Aloe Vera one.

It's very easy to use, it applies very thinly.
Personally I found it works better for me with paper strips and not fabric strips tho I am sure that's just me ;)

I'm not sure if I do! Is gelee a brand name?

This is the one I saw. Assuming it's strip wax and it says it's rosin free so may be that it's gel because of the lack of rosin (??) thanks for your help though, I may just have to give it a go!

Think it might be the same just with a different name. Will let you know how it goes once I've used it! Thanks again for your help :) xx

i love the jasmine and cherry gel wax, smells lovely and applies thinly.

I've seen that one aswell and heard it smells amazing! Looking forward to trying it now, sometimes I think creme wax applies a bit too thick! X
