Gelish chipped

Hey had young girl come in last Wednesday for Gelish, had already picked her other set off before coming and painted her own and picked that off, I've never had anybody come back with this problem, she has just texted me saying they had chipped, had she's cut them, I've got back to her asking the normal question but said she hasn't done anything different
What would you do ? Offer to do a new set or????

Did you say she had cut her nails? If so she has compromised the seal along the free edge. Did you give the aftercare sheet. I always make sure I give that.
