Gland nut seal t200 gun

My T200 Gun is leaking from the gland nut, I've been informed what the problem is, the washers inside this gland nut have worn out.

I've got the replacement parts and was wondering if anybody has any ideas as to how I go about replacing them?

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I've spoken to Steve and he doesnt have the parts, I've managed to get the parts from Sienna but am not sure how to go about fixing it. I've PM'd Steve for advice but he is yet to reply.

I'll have a go whilst I am waiting
