Welcome to the site Bonnie

You obviously know that you won't be able to use Glaze n Go until you have a lamp.

Did you do your training with NSI?

They have a top coat product called Airshield which can be used with L&P, either as it is or over nail polish.

as karens already said you wont be able to use glaze n go without a lamp or any gel sealant.the only thing you can use until you get a lamp is some sort of nail polish topcoat as karens already said nsi do airshield which is suppose to be fab but to be honest i dont think you can compare a nail polish topcoat to a gel one as the gels ones are 10 times better in my opinion.hths.x

Cant you just buff the nail to a shine?

I'd agree with Debbie. Buff those nails to a lovely shine! Polish topcoat will end up chipping and looking scruffy. I much prefer a lovely shiny buffed nail to one with even a gel topcoat anyway. Just make sure you go down (or is it up I mean?) those grits to take out all the scratches. You don't say who you have trained with, but finish off with something like the CND buffing block or Ezflow Snow Monkey and Miracle Shine. It's a lovely feeling when you see the shine coming and you know it's going to last! xx

Thanks for your help i appreciate it i thought i could just buff up for a shine till i get my lamp.
I did my training with first choice nails, trained on the nsi.
I've been wanting to do this for years but never buit up the confidence, but just took the bull by the horns, i have lots of friends and family that want the nails done, so i would appreciate any help and advice that you all could give me. Thanks again
