Morning everyone, me again ;)

A client has asked me to do her a set of L&P nails with a glitter free edge. I'm fine with doing that but she wants a specific look and I was wondering if anyone could help me find a glitter similar to the one in the picture below? I'm thinking it's holographic but I only have Martha Stewart so I'd need to purchase one specifically.

Thanks!

Sorry, can't help you, but that is a very pretty glitter.

It looks like a light iridescent glitter not holo :) x

Thanks hun I found a nice iridescent glitter on eBay just after posting this thread :)

You could also mix 1 part fine silver to 2 parts opalescent to get the same look.

Hope this helps.

Thank you! Although I don't think I have any opalescent glitter either :(

Something to bear in mind next time though! Very helpful.

So what do you reckon on my plan:

Clear tips, extend the nail bed with cover pink, iridescent glitter/clear powder mix for free edge then fade the glitter down the nail?

Xx

I've always wondered how to do that type of fade in acrylic? X

I just make my mix ratio a tad wetter and pull the glitter mix up the nail :)
