Golden blonde to icy blonde

I have a client coming in next week who wants to go lighter blonde - an icy blonde, her words. When she first came to me about 7 months ago she felt her hair was quite brassy and wanted to tone it down a bit. The last couple of times we did a full head highlights with majerel 7.3 and 8.34 alternate foils which she loved but would now prefer something different.
What would be the best way of achieving the icy blonde that she would like? Thanx

I'm thinking of doing a full head oh highlights using bleach and 20 vol.

And then if it needed toning what would be the best to use. I use loreal as that was what I used in college.

Sounds good - the toner depends on how it lifts , u need it to lift as clean as poss without compromising the condition if u want an icy blonde . Perhaps dialight 10.12 to tone ? Xx
