Good way of advertising a minimum charge?

Hi everyone,
I am starting up my own mobile beauty as I can't afford to rent a shop but I am putting my treatment menu together and wondering what the best way is to write about having a minimum charge. As you can understand I don't want to have to just be going from house to house doing eyebrow waxes

Just state their is minimum spend of (for example) £10 for all mobile visits, that all apps outside of a certain radius (ie 5miles) incur x amount extra per mile.
