Hey geeks I got the new shellac colours yesterday which I love but there all quite grainy, I've given them a shake what else can I do to get rid of the graininess xx

did you loosen up the brushes and wipe off the starch before you started using them?

I've just literally used Scarlet Letter and know exactly what you mean. I'd given the bottle a good 60 second shake, and splayed the bristles out on a piece of tin foil, but defo still grainy! The graininess did seem to go once brushed over the application again before curing!

Weird huh! x

That's packing on the brush, I always put brush on a piece of waxing strip and with a orange stick gently but firmly push down the brush, do this both sides to remove all the stuff and no problems
