Grey hair toners?

What are people using...the scenario is this lets just say a client isnt even light blonde...we've lifted clients hair as far as we can and its an orangey/yellow.

What grey toner brand would actually cover it to achieve that light grey popular at the moment?...any answers and advice will be most appreciatted.

To get grey, it’s a two stage process. You must lift to a 10, tone out the yellow to neutralise then apply your preferred grey toner.
You’re not going to get a decent soft grey if it’s still showing orange undertones.

If you were able to achieve grey, it would be a dark grey! It would be more if a cool brown than a grey
