Is it possible to be good at both?

I believe it is. Why wouldn't it be?

I'm qualified in both. I never work as a therapist though. I was a far better hairdresser than therapist.

I think you can be good at both , but as a hairdresser i dont just want to be good i want to be great , the best i can be. you only have so much time spare to develop so i think if you want to be the best your better off specialising in one thing! jack of all n master of none!

I agree that you can be good at both but i'm not sure i would have the time.

I am a beauty therapist at the moment and like the hair idea, but i am loving what i do at the moment. I find whenever i do scrape back some time or money i want to improve and expand my treatment list.

There is so much involved in both aspects.

Are you doing hairdressing KylieB?

Thats what i'm wondering about the time. It's always been something I wanted to do. I worked in hairdressers from the age of 15. Lots of my beauty clients ask if i do hair. I'll always do beauty as i absolutely love it.
Just something I am thinking about as well as other beauty courses. God i think im just training mad  x

I think you can be good at both. Im going through the same thing at the moment funny enough, im starting my course in a few weeks hairdressing and already have my hair salon job in place. Very excited!

As both me and you are already beauty and we have mostly been doing our treatments for a long time, i think it would be easier as doing spray tanning etc we know like the back of our hand. And in the time we have spare we can focus on hair. I only work evenings self employed with my beauty and during day times i can then focus on my hair.

Good luck chick xx
