Hair colour help

My client wants to tone her blonde down and usually I'd know what to do, but the colour she has on is xx live colour which she does every 2 too 3 weeks ...I've finally managed to talk her into professional colours so all help would be appreciated thank you

The blonde one isn't to much bother as your toning down, not trying to strip, take strand tests and see how it goes :0) x

As for colour id do something like 8.83, bleach roots foils, and a 6.3 with a hint of blue mixtone x

Can I see the pic blue?? I can't I thought it was broken....she is the really blonde and wants to b the other colour sorry didn't explain very good
