Hair extension help!

Hi I have been doing hair extensions for a couple of months, have fitted roughly 18 sets of micro beads never a problem, I now have one client saying hers are just slipping out? See told me this two weeks ago I have tried many times to arrange to see her with no luck, she is coming tonight finally, should I give a full refund? As I have not done anything different doing hers and never had a problem like this been told she's really upset? Help! What would you do? X

Not every client's hair is suitable for microbeads/rings, particularly if they have very fine hair. Perhaps you could suggest using another method of attachment i.e. microbonds.

I very rarely give refunds, as sometimes its down to bad aftercare on the client's part. I would offer a free refit or at least restore them to their former glory. And yeah use a different method this time x
