Hair purple

So my client coloured her hair purple she now want to get rid of it and go an all over brown about a base 5 after waiting a few weeks it has gone green , would i have to prepig this first ? Xx

Sounds like she used a direct dye for the purple, I'm guessing crazy colour or similar as their purples always fade green.

Use a Demi or semi for the brown. As long as your brown has a red base it should cover it but if the hair was lightened prior to adding the purple, it's likely to fade more quickly.
