A hairdresser from Bedlington, Gina Lee, has been sharing the Christmas spirit by using her tips to help the homeless.
The mobile hairdresser has bough food and other vital items to give to the People's Kitchen - an organisation set up to help those spending Christmas in shelters or on the streets. Not only that, she has been saving pieces from her own shopping to donate as well.
"I spent £45, my friend Hayley matched it, and we had donations from the staff from Aesica Pharmaceuticals in Cramlington, Bettinis who donated clothes, P&G who donated toiletries, Iceland donated a bag of tins, and friends and family who helped me.
"I just wanted to get the message out there to help others not judge why theyre homeless, to be supportive towards them as it could be me or you in the future."
Now THAT'S what Christmas is about.
Until then geek on!
