Hey geeks just need a little help. I need someone who knows the Nioxin systems please and which one would be best for myself

Over time my hair has just got in really bad condition, about 2 years ago It was In Good health and around 18' long. Now It is barely past my shoulders due to damaged hair, no mater what iv tried it isn't helping !!(
I want to try nioxin, but not sure on the systems, I know my hair is chemically damanged and I have noticed it is a lot thinner than usual as it was quite thick before.
Any help on the system and/or any other products to help ?
