I'm booked on the Marvel Lash course in Carlisle for next Tuesday, after reading the forum, I'm starting to worry that I've backed the wrong horse!!

Anyone got any opinions on Marvel Lash??

i asked a similar question yesterday about Hollywood lashes no constructive replys :irked::irked: from existing clients

I've heard a lot of bad thing's about it.

Can you be more specific? What lets the Marvel Lash system down?
What is a good alternative?

I dont know personally hun, but from reading things on here I think its just a quick course that just doesn't give you enough pratice and guidence to go away feeling confident, also with alot of other courses not only do they do a couple of days training they get you to come back and have on going back up after for any trouble shooting.
If you cant get your money back you'll just have to go in there ask loads of questions, really grab the tutor and make the most of your day.
You never know you may just take to it and be grand!!
Also I think the products arent as good as other companies so perhaps invest in some better quality products rather than marvel lash.
This is only from what i have read so not gospel hun.xxx

I did the marvel lash course at the beginning of October, the training wasn't great, I have since picked up lots of tips from this site since from people. I am still doing freebies at the moment, but I got some mink lashes from another company so I'm charging just £5 towards materials. I've done 11 people, I'm getting better. I'm waiting until early next year to set up properly as I am about to relocate. If you can I'd train with someone else I would. I got the marvel lash kit with the training, found the quality awful, I've bought glue from another company and have just been using my mink lashes which are on a strip, they are great. Since I got them I have not used the marvel lashes. If you do, ask lots and lots of questions, ask about the glue, there is nothing on their website about it which clients would ask you about. Ask about priming and sealing the lashes? We were never told to do that yet everyone else does it! How the lashes should sit? ask ask ask.
Good luck!

Thanks guys, got a plan now...if I can't cancel I'll get what I can from the course.
Appreciate you taking the time to reply :wink2: x

I will be up in Glasgow in January holding a Flirties lash course if that is of any help to you
