Hello Geeks and Geeklettes,
I figured to get the ball rolling and ask... have you (or any of your clients, for that matter) ever suffered nail trauma that lead to permanent or non permanent nail damage?
When I was about 16 years old, I had a minor incident involving the middle finger on my right hand and a toothpick. This lead to a rather unfortunate hole in the nail above the moon, which in turn lead to the loss of the entire nail. It grew back in time, but unfortunately there is damage to the nail matrix, and today my nail is rather out of shape - the "C curve" looks like it has had one of its "legs" kicked off to the side, and is bent far outwards than the other.
How about you?
