Hi everyone.my client wants to be this colour.at the moment she’s a 3.0 Wella all over ,natural base is a 4..going to try and do it as a colour smudge.be grateful for toner ideas please.thankyou

For the blue silver tone towards the top if use 8/81 +0/86 mix tone. For the ends you'll need a direct dye to create that shade. Take a look at framesi bold cobalt blue.
