Hiya do you know does it affect kidneys? cos I have kidney problems too:cry:

Not as far as I know.....I have 30% kidney damage due to urether reflux and I take them and my GP prescribes them. Why not ask the pharmacist at the dispensary counter in a chemist, they will be able to tell you.

I heard that also that a daily tea spoon of your local honey cures hayfever symptoms i got some from a health food shop i got organic stuff, i'm also taking daily tablets and eyedrops as well as wearing sunglasses weither its sunny or not to stop getting pollen in my eyes. also i've found that my hayfever is worse at nights i realised this is because i was leaving m bedroom window open and all the pollen must have been in my bed!!!
