I never ever use to use the heat protection sprays, I always use to go for a cream or serum.
An old work mate showed me how it works, she sprayed it on my arm and dried it using a hair dryer, when I lifted it up under light you can actually see the film of protection as its dried in!

Heard from a friend that 'Tresemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray' was quite good

Kerastase Ciment Thermique love it.
I like a cream more than a spray,I use it myself as well as clients in the salon.
My hair became very dry after using my ghd way to much as well as full head highlights every 6 weeks and i have so many people comment on my hair lately. Its the best i have come across.
