Help/Advice on Nail Course

I'm looking for some advice I am looking at doing a nail course but not sure which is the best one do to, can anyone advise which is the best. I live in bolton at the minute i work in a office, but have always had a interest in nail art doing my own nails. A friend of mine showed me how to do acrylic nails and I did get the hang of it and practised a bit at home. Anyway fingers crossed should be emigrating this year and i would like a career change, so the idea is to do a nail course before we go.

The general consensus on here that either a longer weekly course in your local FE college or a few days on a manufacturer course is best. The short courses at your local wholesalers aren't the best plan because they use cheapish products, with no follow-up, and the trainers aren't specialists.

Hi I live in Radcliffe nr Bolton, you could get hold of Karen Derbyshire she could either educate you herself or put you in touch with others, she is an educator and international judge, there is Nail Academy in Atherton as well, you could contact Karen via her Facebook page and leave a message for her, as I don't think she comes on here a lot anymore.

Not sure where you're emigrating to, but if you're planning to work there, you will need to make sure the course you do will be accepted where you're going.

Thanks for the reply, I have searched for Karen on FB more than one comes up there is 4 in manchester area. Don't suppose you know exactly which one she is.
