Help: advice wanted for a problem client

Hi there I wonder if u could give me any advice my friends hair has regrowth of an inch base 7 and highly bleached ends she has put a colour on by majirel which im not familiar with 8.31 with 6% her roots have gone darker around a 7 but warm and ends have gone a minky grey she wants her hair to be like lauren popes colour a honey caramel blonde I'm tryin to think how to help her I can't use bleach to strip it as her hair is delicate from previous modelling jobs she's done I've suggested to fade it as much as possible with a clarifier shampoo then to apply another tint but with a higher vol such as 10 with 9 just to attempt a slight lift then tone minky ends with 9/73 colour touch to give warmth without darkening what is ur opinion I'd really appreciate any advice x
