Help....All my gel nails lifted

After a long time of wanting my nails done, I opted just to have just the gel applied to my natural nail, no tips. Just wanted to let my nails grow naturally with the added strength of the gel and the plan was to go back for in fills and eventually have lovely nails.
The next day i'm busy packing boxes as i'm moving house, look at my nails and they have all lifted....looking at my nails now you wouldnt even know they were on there in the first place, appart from a few bits of hardned gel.

Is that normal, or are my nails just not compatable? I'm not really a complainer so a bit worried about going back incase it was my fault.

Any help would be much appreciated

Naturally this is not normal, or no one using gel would be in business

Some gels are stronger than others and allot depends on that and the expertise of your technician.
