HELP - employing trainees

I'm taking on a new salon and sorry to ask so many questions.
Can anyone help me out with how it works with employing trainee and paying them a wage. Do the govenment give a % of the wage back to you?

Try talking to your local job centre, they will be able to give you all the ins and outs. Also local colleges may have a work placement scheme and should be able to advise you on all the legalities.
