There's not much you can do about it now sadly. You could maybe drop her a text and explain what you're done, and ask her to let you know how she gets on with her nails. IF she comes back from her cruise and says she lost some then you could offer a discount for another set. If it were me, I'd rather be honest and tell her in the hope that she will come back to you because of your honesty. Good luck! x
