Help how to dye hair blonde from already dyed grey hair!!

iv got a new client whos hair i have recently dyed grey using koleston (silver gray). She now wants to go back to a ash blonde colour as she doesnt like warm blondes. i would just like some advice on how to do this.

I was thinking bleaching the whole hair then using a toner over the top but i dont no if the roots will go a lighter colour.

Help much needed

and what colours would be best to use.

what colour do you mean by silver grey? does she want to go lighter or just change tone?

i used a 12/11 on her hair to get the silver, which was a dark silver. now she wants to go lighter to a blonde colour, without any warmth in it.
