Hi there, I have a regular client who has been coming to me for ages. She types all day at work. However lately she keeps loosing her nails really quickly. My client has unusual fingers as some she can use and others she can't, also her nail beds are odd shapes. I make sure that they are very short and well balanced. The only difference is that I put a small amount of glimmer powder in with the pink. I have changed nothing with my prep etc. Its hard not to let your confidence get knocked. Any advice?

Many tks Mrs T

Hi Mrs T ,
I ve got a lady like this:),she was always loosing one or two, but I put it down to her being heavy handed.

Anyway since January shes been loosing quite a few ,at one time I went to her she only had 3 left ....I asked her if she d been on any new medication recently??? she replied yes , for depression.Ah that could be the problem I said.:)

So since then Ive also been using CND Radical on her with primer ,instead of retention , and it seems to of gone back to how we were before now .:)

oooo will give that a go, can I ask the steps
1. Acid free primer
2. scrubfresh
3. then product application.

Is that the right way to do it?

many thanks

I have to ask, since in your profile you say you use CND.
Was prep and application not coverd in your training?
No offence ment.

Just double checking as mainly use retention and nail fresh. Yes CND trained. Also just found my notes so answered my own question.
