Just reverse the instructions.
I'm left handed and not had any problems apart from a pusher that was for right handed people.

it says to position trainer hand and products to the right and to put the lamp to the left not tried it yet just reading up

Like 1999judy said, just reverse it all, position it all to the left.
Once you get started you will work out how you feel most comfortable and where you feel your tools and products need to be

I'm left handed too! I found it abit strange. I've positioned the hand trainer to the right like instructed because you'll have to learn how to do the right and left hand, so I don't think positioning matters? It's holding the file that's strange. I was told to mirror everything.

I'm also left handed.

just do whatever is comfortabl for you.
