Help needed about renting a chair

So I am biting the bullet after not finding a job and not really liking being mobile and I am going to see a salon on Friday morning about renting a chair. I have never done this before so not too sure what I need to ask, what is reasonable etc. It has 9 workstations, its been there for over 20 years, its in the town centre. She wasn't either £150 a week or £30 a day if I want part time, which I do. She does the advertising provided the towels and shampoos gowns. I would have to provide my own tints and peroxides. Does this sound OK? What else do I need to find out?

It really does depend on location really. One salon by me charges £90 a day for chair rental but it's a well established salon and busy. I think £30 a day is very reasonable. You only need to do one hair cut a day really to pay the rent. It's in a town centre and well established so sounds great!
