Help Onycholosis Green Nail

Hi Everyone,

Panic, I am just doing a pedicure now for my mum and she suffers with onycholosis on her big toes and on one of them she has green going right down inside to near the cuticle. Its not on top but between the nail plate and nail bed.

Want should I do??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it by the onycholysis? If so, drop some anti-fungal treatment in there

But where do I get anti fungal cream from - the chemist? And does it go right down between the nail bed and nail plate

I use Nail Source I bought from my supplier. It's a treatment you put on the nail and if there's onycholysis, drop it in there as well.

No hasnt been to the doctors yet, Ill get her to go.

It is most likely bacterial. She should see a GP about it.

Panicked last night when I saw it, but I suppose its all part of the experience of being a good nail tech.
