help, prices for my new room !!!

hi all, i have just got myself a room in a salon in the high street of a large village, (its near st albans) there doesn't seem to be any comp in the village apart from a very posh beauty salon who use bio but only does nno's for £35.00, i dont think there is even a mobile. At the moment the salon is slow it used to be rammed but has slowed over a year but has now been all revamped the owner stays away and lets the manageress run it ! I'm paying £20.00 a day for 2 days at the mo just to see if business will come my way but i,m not sure of my prices

full set tips/sculpts French £40.00
full set colour £35.00
French overlays £30.00
colour/clear overlays £25.00
infill £25.00
toes £20.00

pedi/mani French £18.00 colour £15.00

do you think these are a bit steep ???

I work from home and have similar prices, they sound right to me, but it depends on the area and competition, you could try a special offer if business needs a boost, say for the month of May £5.00 off any treatment, or money off if you recommend a treatment. I have tried the money off, using flyers and its having some results for me, but of course I have no passing trade, so I have to rely on advertising and recommendation.
