help required - where can I get a treatment couch?

Hi all

I recently had a tooth whitening service done at a Tanning Shop. I would really like to buy the low, tubular framed treatment couch that they used. I have searched and searched the www but can only find treatment couches that assume the person doing the treatment is standing and hence the couch is too high.

Wherer can I get this couch???????????
