Help with forms!!!

Hi everyone, I have recently been trying to get bk to using forms but im strugling......its the actual applying forms im having trouble with. Does anyone know of any video tutorials i could watch or even just pictures i have searched the web but cant find anything..........

Have a look at the Young Nails website and on the step by step tutorials there, some great stuff that should help you.
